Housekeeper

Responsibilities: Clean and service guest rooms and suites to luxury hotel standards. Maintain spotless bathrooms, bedrooms, balconies, and assigned public areas. Make beds using approved luxury linen and presentation techniques. Replenish guest amenities, towels, bathrobes, and room supplies. Perform turndown service where applicable. Handle guest requests with courtesy, professionalism, and discretion. Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly. Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and housekeeping SOPs.
