About this internship
Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters. Draft and review commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, JVAs, shareholders’ agreements, etc.). Draft and review real estate documentation (Deeds of Assignment, Leases, etc.). Assist in corporate restructuring and capital raising transactions. Prepare legal opinions and advisory memoranda. Conduct property due diligence and verification. Prepare and file perfection documents. Draft board minutes and corporate documentation. Support regulatory compliance and statutory filings. Assist in developing governance frameworks and internal policies. Interface professionally with clients and regulatory agencies. Participate in transaction discussions and client meetings. Contribute to business development and internal knowledge-sharing sessions. Requirements: LL.B and B.L. 2–4 years post-qualification experience. Strong exposure to corporate and commercial drafting.
