About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival. Assist guests with luggage handling, room escort, and property orientation. Support smooth check-in and check-out experiences in collaboration with the Front Desk team. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrances, and guest areas. Deliver guest items, packages, and amenities efficiently and discreetly. Uphold hotel etiquette, confidentiality, grooming, and brand service standards. Comply with safety, security, and emergency procedures at all times. Requirements : Minimum of an OND qualification. 2–3 years’ experience as a Porter, Bell Attendant, or similar role in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
