Content Creator/Graphic Designer

Responsibilities: Video Production (Shoot & Edit): Open to visiting property sites to capture high-quality video footage. Film engaging content for Reels, TikTok, and video content. Edit raw footage into polished, fast-paced, and engaging videos optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Graphic Design: Design stunning marketing collateral, including flyers and social media posts. Create eye-catching graphics for our website, digital ads, and listing presentations. Creative Strategy & Ideation: Identify trending audio, visual styles, and content formats and adapt them to fit our brand voice. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan weekly content that drives engagement and leads. Participate in weekly marketing meetings to pitch fresh, "out-of-the-box" ideas for content series and campaigns. Be ready to drop everything and film a viral-worthy moment when it happens. Technical Proficiency: Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)...
