Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person Process orders, returns, and exchanges Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively Provide accurate information about products and services Maintain customer records and update databases Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Escalate complex issues to management when necessary Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving ability Good listening skills and patience Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM tools) Ability to multitask and work under pressure Previous customer service experience is an advantage
