About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, trade-ins, swaps, and repair services. Assist customers through the buying, selling, or trade-in process. Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. Follow up on leads and existing customers to improve conversions and retention. Build strong relationships with walk-in customers and resellers. Upsell relevant products and services where appropriate. Create engaging content for social media platforms. Identify trends and content opportunities in the tech space. Support basic product photography and short video creation. Requirements: Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
