Responsibilities: Provide first-level IT and digital support to staff and clients Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues Assist with email setup, system access, and password management Monitor and maintain digital platforms and company websites Support virtual meetings and digital collaboration tools Maintain records of technical issues and solutions Train staff on new digital tools and software applications Ensure data security and follow IT compliance policies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience in IT support or digital services Knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting Familiarity with Microsoft Office, cloud platforms, and CRM systems Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Technical proficiency Analytical thinking Attention to detail Customer service orientation Time management
