About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day skincare production process to ensure efficiency and quality. Formulate, mix, and produce skincare products according to approved formulations and standards. Conduct quality checks and collaborate with the quality control team to maintain consistency. Suggest improvements in formulations, equipment use, and production processes. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory guidelines during production. Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to production schedules. Maintain accurate production records and inventory of raw materials. Requirements: Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in skincare, cosmetics, or beauty product manufacturing. Strong knowledge of skincare formulation, ingredients, and production processes.
