Responsibilities: Proactively call businesses across Nigeria to pitch our recruitment services. Identify and engage HR managers, founders, or decision-makers. Clearly explain our recruitment offering and value proposition. Convert prospects into signed recruitment clients. Use job boards, directories, and other approved tools to source business leads. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes. Work independently while meeting agreed performance expectations.
