Continental Chef

Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes (Italian, French, Spanish, Mediterranean, etc.). Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation. Oversee miseen place preparation before service hours. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen sanitation. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management. Minimize food wastage and ensure cost control. Collaborate with kitchen team to develop new menu items. Supervise kitchen assistants where applicable. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: SSCE 2 years experience
