About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and performance management. Ensure compliance with HR policies, employee relations, and workplace regulations. Manage office activities, supplies, facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships. Handle correspondence, documentation, filing systems, and confidential records. Support staff training, development, attendance, and leave management. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR/admin roles. Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proximity to location Remuneration: NGN 160,000 gross per month Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
