Web & Mobile Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities: Application Support & Maintenance: Provide first- and second-level support for web and mobile applications. Monitor system performance and resolve application issues promptly. Troubleshoot bugs, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues. Coordinate with developers for bug fixes and updates. Perform application testing before deployments and upgrades. UI/UX Design & Optimization: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Adobe XD. Improve user experience based on feedback and usability testing.
