About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential business clients (SMEs, retail stores, hospitality outlets, corporate clients, etc.) within assigned territories. Promote and sell digital payment solutions, including collections and payout services. Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain features and benefits to prospects. Support merchants through onboarding, KYC documentation, and activation processes. Achieve assigned monthly merchant acquisition and activation targets. Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities using CRM tools or provided reporting platforms. Provide follow-up support to ensure customer retention and consistent product usage. Report market insights and competitor activities to sales leadership. Requirements: Minimum of BSc in any discipline. 1–2 years of direct sales experience (FinTech, banking, telecoms, FMCG, or related industries preferred).
