About this internship
Responsibilities: Handle property documentation and perfection of title Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal instruments Provide legal advisory support on real estate transactions Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements Liaise with government agencies, clients, and external solicitors Manage dispute resolution and represent the company where necessary Conduct legal due diligence on property acquisitions Requirements: LL.B and BL (qualified to practice in Nigeria) 2–4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in real estate law Strong knowledge of property law and land documentation processes Excellent drafting and negotiation skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Must reside around Ajah/Sangotedo, Lagos Ready for immediate employment What We Offer: Competitive salary package Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage Career growth and professional development opportunities Supportive and structured work environment
