Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Track and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time arrival. Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment status. Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork when required. Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records. Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly. Negotiate shipping rates with carriers when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Support warehouse operations when needed. Generate logistics performance reports for management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
