Responsibilities: Cost Estimation: Conduct detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labour and other relevant factors. Analyse project specifications and contractual terms to develop accurate cost projections Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with cost estimates and financial objectives.
