About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipes and baking standards to produce high-quality bread and baked products. Operating baking equipment, monitoring baking processes such as mixing, proofing, and oven temperatures, and ensuring all products meet quality and presentation standards. Maintaining cleanliness and proper hygiene in the baking area, properly storing ingredients and finished products, and ensuring production targets are met. Requirements: Experience in bread and baked goods production Knowledge of baking techniques and measurements Ability to meet production targets Good hygiene practices Reliable and hardworking
