Focus on producing a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts while maintaining creativity and quality in presentation. Maintaining proper food hygiene, managing kitchen organization, and ensuring that ingredients and food supplies are properly handled and stored. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef or Pastry Chef Ability to prepare a variety of local and continental dishes Strong baking and pastry skills (for the pastry chef role) Good hygiene and kitchen management skills Ability to work under pressure Ready to resume immediately
