About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers. Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through phone, email or in person. Confirm and process customer payments into the company system. Issue receipts and ensure billing accuracy. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Provide clear information about the company’s services to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
