Dashboard Operations Officer

Responsibilities: Monitor and manage operational dashboards in real time. Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates. Identify and resolve system issues promptly. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during shifts. Support administrators and customer service teams as needed. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in using dashboards, data tools, and basic software applications. Problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly under pressure. Team player with excellent communication skills.
