Dispatch Rider

Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and items to clients or offices Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned items Maintain proper records of deliveries and receipts Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the motorcycle Ensure safe handling of items during transportation Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations Maintain communication with the office regarding delivery status Keep the dispatch motorcycle clean and in good condition Report accidents, damages, or delays immediately Requirements: Minimum of SSCE qualification Valid rider’s permit or driver’s license for motorcycles Proven experience as a dispatch rider is an advantage Good knowledge of local routes and road networks Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines Physically fit and responsible Good communication and customer service skills
