About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Attend to walk-in clients and respond to inquiries professionally. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Follow up on client requests and ensure timely feedback. Support the sales and administrative teams where required. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Requirements: Currently serving NYSC member (Corper). Posted to Lagos or willing to relocate to the Ajah/Sangotedo axis. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, confident, and professional in appearance. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
