Responsibilities: Clinical Duties: Perform comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction and binocular vision assessment Diagnose and manage ocular diseases (e.g., glaucoma, dry eye, diabetic retinopathy) Prescribe corrective lenses (glasses and contact lenses) Detect systemic conditions with ocular manifestations Provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients Manage pediatric and geriatric eye care needs Utilize diagnostic equipment such as OCT, visual field analyzers, and fundus cameras Patient Care & Communication: Educate patients on eye health, treatment plans, and preventive care Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals when referrals are necessary Practice & Compliance: Adhere to clinical protocols and regulatory standards Participate in continuing education and professional development Support practice growth through community...
