About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. Measuring and mixing ingredients, baking products, and ensuring that all pastries are presented attractively and meet the establishment’s quality expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pastry station while ensuring that all food preparation follows proper hygiene and food safety regulations. Monitor ingredient usage, assist in managing kitchen supplies, and ensure that baking equipment is used and maintained properly. Requirements: Proven experience in pastry and baking Ability to prepare a variety of pastries and desserts Creativity and attention to presentation Good hygiene and kitchen management skills Ability to work under pressure
