Communicate expectations, progress, and next steps in clear and simple English. Adjust language, tone, and examples so they feel natural and familiar for learners in the United States. Model patience, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction. Data, Systems, and Documentation: Use MsSuzie. platforms to track attendance, session notes, learner progress, and assessments.
