About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Respond promptly to student enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, social media, and website forms Provide accurate information on study destinations, basic admission requirements, and application timelines Qualify prospective students based on academic background, budget, destination, and intake Schedule consultations and escalate serious applicants to the Business Development Manager Guide students on required documents and next steps in the application process Maintain and update enquiry and applicant records using spreadsheets or CRM tools Follow up consistently with prospects to reduce drop-offs Track and report enquiry conversion progress weekly Requirements: Minimum of HND/BSc in any discipline 1–3 years experience in customer service, admissions, education consulting, sales support, or a similar role Excellent written and spoken English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow up without reminders...
