Responsibilities: Identify and source distressed property sale opportunities within assigned locations Engage property owners, buyers, and community contacts Register potential properties on the Distress Sales App Verify property information and basic documentation Build relationships with property owners willing to sell quickly Work closely with the sales team to facilitate successful property listings and transactions Go for inspection and provide field reports and updates on sourced opportunities Requirements: Minimum OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree Previous sales, tech-savvy, or field marketing experience is an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Familiarity with Abuja locations and communities Must own a laptop and be comfortable using mobile apps Energetic and confident in field engagement Good at spotting opportunities and closing deals Passionate about sales Benefits: Attractive commission on every successful...
