Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent across departments. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and workplace issues. Promote a positive and productive workplace culture. Facilitate conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
