IT Technical Support Staff

Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, servers), software, and networks. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Assist users with IT-related problems. Ensure the security of IT systems through measures like data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls. Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Plan and execute IT projects, such as upgrades, migrations, and installations. Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and requirements. Requirements: Minimum BSC 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
