Architect

Responsibilities: Develop detailed, sustainable, and functional building designs using CAD software and 3D modeling tools. Meet with clients to define project requirements, goals, and budgets. Prepare building plans, blueprints, and specifications for contractors and construction teams. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Visit construction sites to inspect progress, ensure adherence to plans, and resolve on-site issues. Liaise with engineers, interior designers, and consultants to integrate structural and electrical systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution Minimum of 2 – 5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design within the real estate or property development sector ARCON or COREN registered is an added advantage Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other architectural visualization tools Strong understanding of property development...
