Fabrication Welder

Responsibilities: Fabrication: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Measure, cut, and shape metal materials to the required dimensions using tools such as saws, grinders, and shears. Assemble metal components for welding. Welding: Operate welding equipment to join metal parts using techniques like MIG, TIG, and arc welding. Perform spot, seam, and continuous welding as per project requirements. Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards. Quality Assurance: Check finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Identify and repair defects or inconsistencies in welds or fabricated parts. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean welding and fabrication equipment.
