Responsibilities: Support departmental projects and strategic initiatives across assigned functions. Conduct research and analysis and prepare reports to support business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance processes, systems, and customer experience.
