About this internship
Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Receive and record incoming pharmaceutical products. Verify quantities and product conditions upon delivery. Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems. Ensure pharmaceutical products are stored according to recommended conditions. Arrange products properly in the warehouse to prevent damage or contamination. Monitor expiry dates and batch numbers to ensure proper stock rotation (e.g., FEFO – First Expiry, First Out). Pick products according to sales or delivery orders. Pack pharmaceutical products safely to prevent damage during transportation. Prepare delivery notes and dispatch documentation. Assist in coordinating the delivery of products to customers such as pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors. Work with logistics personnel to ensure timely product delivery.
