Air Conditioning Technician

Responsibilities: Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems and HVAC units across the hotel. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of cooling systems. Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues with compressors, motors, thermostats, refrigerant levels, and related components. Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment life. Respond quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests related to air conditioning. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and hotel policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to support overall facility operations. Recommend improvements for energy efficiency and cost savings. Properly handle tools, equipment, and refrigerant gases in line with health and safety practices. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience Minimum of a Vocational Certificate
