About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast and brunch dishes such as eggs, pancakes, waffles, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, pastas, tacos, burgers, and other specialty items. Develop and maintain high-quality presentation and taste standards for all menu items. Ensure timely preparation of meals during busy breakfast and brunch service hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations. Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper food storage and inventory management. Collaborate with management to develop and improve breakfast and brunch menu offerings. Ensure consistency in portion sizes, quality, and plating. Train and support kitchen assistants or junior staff when required. Ensure all food preparation follows hygiene and safety standards.
