Electrical Maintenance Personnel

Responsibilities: Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting, outlets, and equipment. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. Monitor and maintain the hotel’s electrical infrastructure, including generators, transformers, HVAC units, and kitchen equipment. Respond promptly to electrical faults, guest complaints, or staff maintenance requests. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and hotel standards. Work closely with the maintenance team to support plumbing, mechanical, and general repair tasks when required. Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and spare parts usage. Identify areas for improvement and recommend cost-effective solutions for electrical efficiency. Assist in energy management initiatives to reduce utility consumption.
