Responsibilities: Identify and approach service providers within assigned areas Present product value proposition clearly and confidently Onboard vendors on the platform (on-the-spot onboarding) Collect necessary documentation and business details Educate vendors on how the platform works Ensure vendor profiles are complete and optimized Track daily outreach and onboarding metrics Meet weekly onboarding target Requirements : 1–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable with field work Tech-savvy (able to use phone/tablet for onboarding) Results-driven and target-oriented Prior marketplace or tech experience is a bonus
