Responsibilities: Serve as the first line of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and prompt assistance. Manage all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to appropriate staff or departments. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s brand and is always neat and organized. Coordinate deliveries, mail, and correspondence efficiently. Support meeting coordination and room scheduling for internal and external engagements. Provide general administrative and logistical support to HR and Operations teams as needed.
