About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and site visits. Market and promote company properties to prospective buyers and investors. Conduct property inspections and site tours with clients. Negotiate prices and terms of sale between the company and clients. Prepare and manage sales documentation and agreements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties, pricing, and market trends. Meet or exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or general sales/marketing. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
