Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in alignment with the school’s academic standards and character education model. Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess and monitor student progress using diverse formative and summative methods. Integrate 21st-century teaching tools and digital learning strategies to enhance instruction. Model and instill core values such as integrity, responsibility, confidence, and compassion. Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues to support student growth. Participate actively in school-wide programs, retreats, and staff development sessions.
