Technical Installer

Responsibilities: Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles, equipment, and other assets. Configure and activate tracking devices on the company’s tracking platform. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed devices. Diagnose and repair faulty installations or malfunctioning tracking units. Ensure all installations meet company safety and quality standards. Provide basic user guidance to clients on how to use the tracking system. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Test devices after installation to confirm proper functionality. Work closely with the operations and technical support teams to resolve technical issues. Respond promptly to installation requests and technical support calls. Requirements: Diploma or certification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Technology, or related field.
