E-commerce Operations Associate

Responsibilities: Conduct daily morning briefings with store teams and review operational KPIs Identify bottlenecks affecting order processing and customer experience Drive improvements in acceptance rate, prep time, cancellations, and availability Ensure proper use of store tablets, apps, and connectivity tools Educate teams on SOPs, best practices, and operational standards Work with internal teams (Support, Tech, Supply) to resolve store issues Provide structured field insights and reports to the Operations Lead Requirements: Experience in field operations, retail operations, or last-mile logistics Strong execution and problem-solving ability Comfortable working with operational data and performance metrics Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to work in a highly field-based role Location: Lagos (Island-based) Employment Type: Contract Start Date: Immediate
