About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable. Manage appointments, bookings, and schedules where required. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessary. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Assist with basic customer service issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
