Project Coordinator

Responsibilities: Sourcing & Outreach: Identify small businesses and solopreneurs within target mainland locations. Conduct physical visits and outreach to introduce the project. Explain the initiative clearly, including benefits and expectations. Assess suitability based on eligibility criteria. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate recorded interviews. Serve as the communication bridge between the internal team and participating businesses. Ensure timely availability and preparedness of business owners. Ideal Candidate Profile What we are looking for: Is confident speaking to business owners and decision-makers. Has strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Is highly organized and self-driven. Can work independently with minimal supervision. Understands small business challenges and growth constraints. Is comfortable working in a field-based role.
