Quality Control Officer

Responsibilities: Inspect fabrics, threads, and other materials before production begins. Monitor tailoring processes to ensure adherence to company quality standards. Conduct thorough inspections of garments at different production stages. Identify defects in stitching, measurements, finishing, and overall garment quality. Verify garment measurements against customer specifications/design requirements. Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and finishing of bespoke garments. Work closely with tailors, cutters, and production staff to maintain quality standards. Ensure proper handling and care of fabrics and materials. Ensure garments are completed according to approved designs and specifications. Document defects and communicate required corrections to the production team.
