About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying and generating sales leads Meeting with prospective clients, conducting property tours, and closing sales Cultivating client relationships, addressing customer inquiries Developing sales proposals and ensuring client satisfaction through the sales process Requirements: Previous experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage) Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in customer service and relationship management Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven Good knowledge of the Abuja property market Understanding of real estate and property investment solutions Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
