About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Book and issue local and international flight tickets for clients. Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide tourism information. Advise clients on available travel routes, fares, and airline schedules. Process ticket reservations, cancellations, and rescheduling when required. Ensure all travel documents and ticket details are accurate. Provide information on visa requirements, travel policies, and airline regulations. Maintain proper records of ticket sales and customer bookings. Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the travel process. Requirements: Good communication and customer service skills Knowledge of airline ticketing systems and travel procedures Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic computer and booking system knowledge
