About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Sell and distribute company products to customers on assigned routes. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Manage cash collection and record keeping as required. Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to management. Maintain the company van and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Requirements: Minimum of OND certificate or equivalent Proven experience in sales, preferably in van sales or FMCG distribution. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a van safely. Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
