After Sales Engineer

Responsibilities: Responsible for product repair, testing, and maintenance to ensure functionality. Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams. Proficient in using a soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware. Communicate with customers and the technical team to address after-sales technical issues. Maintain detailed service logs and reports. Coordinate with the engineering team for system checks and upgrades. Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installations Requirements: A graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any course in a related field. Minimum 1 years practical experience as an After-sales Engineer in a solar company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willing to do on-site/field work. Excellent time management, Communication and customer relationship management skills. Familiar with electric circuit faults
