IT Trainee

Responsibilities: Assist in providing basic IT support to staff and clients. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Help with system installations, configurations, and maintenance. Support network and printer operations. Document technical issues and solutions. Requirements: Minimum of OND in Computer Science or a related field (higher qualifications are an advantage). Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, internet usage, and file management). Willingness to learn and grow in a structured IT environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
